Arianna Huffinton's Bedtime Ritual Experiment

Arianna Huffington is best known as the cofounder and editor in chief of The Huffington Post.Huffington treats her nightly habit as a "sacrosanct ritual," according to an article she wrote for Motto. She starts off by "escorting" her electronic devices out of her room, followed by a hot bath with Epsom salts. She then changes into clothes that are specifically designated for sleep. Sometimes she drinks chamomile or lavender tea to help her sleep, and she writes down the things that she is grateful for that day, according to her book.
