Structured and supervised regimen of aerobic and resistance training for seniors. Personalized programs are designed using our specialized exercise equipment based on the needs and fitness levels of each individual.
Our goal is to prolong mobility and independence by helping seniors regain and maintain cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength/endurance. Although we cannot claim to ‘add years to your life’, we hope that participants can ‘add life to their years’.
If you’re an older adult looking to establish an exercise routine, you should, ideally, be able to incorporate 150 minutes of moderate endurance activity into your week. This can include walking, swimming, cycling, and a little bit of time every day to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
It’s never too late to go after your optimal fitness level! Our senior fitness programs are right for everyone, regardless of their shape or age.
