  • Low back pain

  • Strains/sprains

  • Fractures

  • Tendonitis/ Tendinopathy

Soft Tissue Release (STR) is a combination of myofascial release, therapeutic massage, and active assisted stretching. The technique involves applying precise pressure during a specific stretch performed in multiple planes of movement. Read more...

Passive Range of Motion

Gently increase range of motion while decreasing pain, swelling, and stiffness.

Muscle Stretching

Increasing blood flow to a muscle and improving a muscle's elasticity to allow for increased flexibility, muscle control and comfortable muscle tone.

Contract-Relax

Facilitating relaxation of muscles to gain range of motion.

Neural Mobilization

Treatment of adverse neurodynamics by restoring normal movement between a neural tissue and its surrounding structures. This allows for decreased pressure on the nerve tissue and improved function of the nerves.
